Vendor Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Application Review: All applications are subject to review and festival organizers have the right to deny applications that don't align with the mission of BWS Fest. Festival organizers reserve the right to restrict or prohibit the sale of certain products or services deemed inappropriate or incompatible with the festival's mission and values.

2. Payment: Upon completing the Vendor Registration Form, vendors are required to submit payment for their booth space in full by the specified deadline. Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in an incomplete application and being unable to vend at the festival.

3. Booth Assignment: Booth assignments are determined by festival organizers and are non-transferable. Vendors may not change or swap booth locations without prior approval from festival organizers.

4. Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their booth within the designated times provided by festival organizers. Early breakdown or late setup may result in additional fees or penalties.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, food handling, licensing, and taxation.

6. Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the festival.

7. Refunds and Cancellations: Booth fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the festival is canceled by organizers. Refund policies for cancellations by vendors may vary and are subject to approval by festival organizers.

8. Code of Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive by festival organizers may result in expulsion from the festival without refund.

9. Marketing and Promotion: Festival organizers may use vendor information, including business name, logo, and product images, for marketing and promotional purposes related to the festival.

10. Force Majeure: Festival organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.

By submitting a vendor application and agreeing to these terms and conditions, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the festival organizers.
